Heli Werk provides certified aviation products, modification kits and aircraft components for rotorcraft and fixed-wing aircraft, manufactured, documented and released based on approved design data.

As an EASA Part 21G Production Organisation, we provide controlled production, assembly, documentation, inspection and release from our facility in Karlsruhe, Germany.
In cooperation with EASA Part 21J Design Organisations, STC holders and certification partners, we support the transition from approved design data to controlled production.

Officially certified: Heli Werk receives EASA Part 21G Approval
Following a successful audit, Heli Werk has officially been certified as a Production Organisation under EASA Part 21 Subpart G.
With this step, Heli Werk can manufacture and release aviation products and components with EASA Form 1.
Reaching Part 21G status within four months of application marks an important milestone in the development of Heli Werk as a dedicated manufacturing organisation for Certified Helicopter Products.
It confirms that Heli Werk’s organisation, production processes and quality management system meet the requirements for controlled aviation production.
